My niece, Dana, was getting married and wanted a fairly unconventional wedding dress. She wanted black and fuchsia, which pretty much doesn’t exists in bridal gowns, so she asked me to make it for her. I was honored.
One of the main difficuties was that we did not live near each other, so I had to make test dresses and mail to her until we got the fit right, then I could make the real thing.
